F3010 brass float for Rochester two barrel carburetors, model 2G, 2GV, 2GC. This version of the 2-Jet brass float was started in 1955 and was used on most automotive 2-Jet carburetors until the late 1960s. Some cars and trucks used these until about 1973, and it was also used in marine and industrial applications into the 1980s. It's best to check the carburetor number against the list on this page to be sure of fitment. Carburetors after 1968 are stamped on the driver's side of the float bowl with the carb number. Before that, the numbers were on a tag, which is often missing. In those cases, compare the appearance of the float, especially the float hanger where the pivot pin goes. The other type of brass float is F3024. Please feel free to call us if you have questions.
Note on Chevrolet carbs: If you are working on a small block Chevy (265, 283 or 327) carburetor from 1955-1967 you can always use F3010.
