Product Overview

Do you need to refresh your original equipment Holley carburetor or your aftermarket unit? A leaky power valve or accelerator pump, a worn-out needle/seat or dried-up old gaskets are often the culprit. Our premium quality, Made-in-USA CK7009 Holley 4150-4160 Rebuild Kit is engineered to restore factory performance in Holley vacuum secondary carburetors on OEM applications from 1958-1974, as well as many aftermarket Holley four barrels. Engineered with ethanol compatible materials throughout.

What's Included in the Kit

High-quality components featuring precision-cut, Nitrile-coated metering block and bowl gaskets, throttle body, flange and all other internal gaskets, power valve, needle/seats complete with retaining nut and lock screw (a Carburetor Doctor exclusive!), 30 cc accelerator pump diahragm, clips, check balls and printed instructions.

Fitment & Identification Tips

• Carb numbers: Always check the Holley LIST number stamped on the front of the float bowl. See our guide on Holley numbers for more information.
• Compatibility: Fits most model 4150 and 4160 carbs with externally adjustable needle/seats.
• Gaskets: Features leak-resistant black Nitrile coated gaskets. These are preferred for carbs that won't be taken apart after assembly. If you're planning on doing a lot of tuning, you might want to use blue non-stick gaskets like in our kit CK7920.
