CK5671 is a premium quality, US-made kit for Stromberg EE-22 and EE-23 carburetors that were used on many large cars in the 1930s. The EE-22/23 was a large two barrel version of the EE series, a smaller version of which was the famous Stromberg '97' used on Ford flatheads. The larger EE-22/23 series was SAE size 2 and came with a 1-1/4" bore, so it was well suited to big Chrysler Airflow 8 cylinders, Packards, Lincolns, Hupmobiles etc.
Our kit features all ethanol-compatible components including the complete leather pump assembly, a greatly improved disc-type Viton fuel inlet valve, correct gaskets, idle screws and springs, clips, seals and detailed, printed instructions including an exploded diagram.
Fitment
Starting in 1934, most Stromberg carburetors are stamped on the top of the carburetor, on the float bowl cover, with a carburetor number. For example, a Stromberg EE-22 carb on a 1934 REO 8 cylinder would be stamped 12-1. If you're having trouble identifying your carburetor, please give us call at 888-664-6462 toll free.
